Nearrings and Nearfields

First Announcement

There is something to celebrate for nearringers around the world: year 2005 marks the century of nearrings and nearfields. Now the 19^th International Conference on Nearrings and Nearfields will be held from Sunday, July 31, 2005 (day of arrival) till Sunday, August 6, 2005 (day of departure) at Chi-Tou, Taiwan. So come join everyone here for the celebration.

The main part of the conference will take place in the Chi-Tou Forest Recreational Area. It is owned by Taiwan University, but the business is run by a contracted company. We are yet to arrange so that the costs for participants and accompanying persons will be kept at a reasonable level.

Publication of the conference proceedings is planned.
